What uplift can I expect in revenue?
Difficult to say without being able to analyze your bbusiness first. So far, we've seen at least a 20% increase vs pre-pandemic levels in the UK hotels.
How long is the contract?
It's a straight, monthly rolling contract. It can be stopped at any time with no consequences - just like any other contractor.
Will you 'floor' the rates?
No. This is a technique used by some large companies who slash the rates to unacceptable levels, go for volume, and call the result a 'success'. We don't slash rates, even in the short term but instead, we focus on conversion, positioning, and daily rate changes depending on the demand and distribution.
What properties do you work with?
Hotels, B&Bs and serviced apartment blocks of up to 60 rooms at most. Small properties require a very different approach to large hotels and it's our speciality.
What experience do you have?
We've worked with hundreds of hotels in the UK and Europe scattered across various regions and cities. Additionally having worked at industry giants such as Booking.com and Agoda, we understand 'the other side' and how to play the game of distribution - this is the core of our expertise.
Will I lose control?
No. We won't conduct change of ownership of any online listings or the business or move any tech tools in our name. The entire business, including it's strategy and tech stack, remains yours. Additionally, we won't rebrand your property either - we are not a hotel group and your property should remain unique.
